Spring 2024 Season Kick-off!

This season, our Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole participants will enhance their life skills, learn healthy habits, and have the chance to deepen and shine brighter than ever before. This season, Girls on the Run isn’t just back – it’s updated to address the needs of today’s girls better than ever. By joining us for another GOTR season, your girl can continue building her confidence, nurturing her emotional health, and deepening her skills as an independent thinker. Our updated curriculum -- appropriately titled Hello, Superstar! -- maintains all the magic your girl loved last season, but with new lessons that expand on self-assurance (including body positivity), fostering friendships, and celebrating diversity and inclusion.

We look forward to seeing your child at practice this season! Registration is still open online until March 1. Sign up today!

Celebrating Black History Month!

As we embrace the month of February, we also embrace the opportunity to honor and celebrate Black History Month. This month is a time for reflection, recognition, and appreciation of the remarkable contributions made by Black individuals throughout history. This time also serves as a catalyst for ongoing conversations, learning, and collaboration.
We encourage each of you to take part in local events and activities that highlight the rich cultural heritage and significant achievements of the Black community. We invite you to deepen your understanding, foster inclusivity, and celebrate the diversity that makes our San Diego community strong.
